A life remembered
Mr. Oliver Richards, aged 89, of Santa Cruz, St. Elizabeth, passed peacefully on the date above, surrounded by his loving family.
Born and raised in St. Elizabeth, Oliver was a devoted member of Ocho Rios Pentecostal for over 18 years. He worked as a carpenter and was well known throughout the community for his generosity, quiet strength, and unwavering faith.
He is survived by his children Pearl, Carmen, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends across Jamaica and the diaspora.
"Rest eternal grant unto them, O Lord."
Funeral arrangements
Service & interment
- ✦Funeral service for the late Oliver will be held at Christ Church, Port Antonio, Santa Cruz, St. Elizabeth at 1:00 PM.
- ✦Interment follows at the family plot.
- ✦The family kindly requests that mourners wear white or light colours.
- ✦No flowers by request — donations may be made to the St. Elizabeth Infirmary.
