A life remembered
Mr. Vernon Blake, aged 95, of Negril, Westmoreland, passed peacefully on the date above, surrounded by his loving family.
Born and raised in Westmoreland, Vernon was a devoted member of Morant Bay Church of God for over 29 years. He worked as a seamstress and was well known throughout the community for his generosity, quiet strength, and unwavering faith.
He is survived by his children Trevor, Delroy, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends across Jamaica and the diaspora.
"Rest eternal grant unto them, O Lord."

Service & interment
- ✦Funeral service for the late Vernon will be held at Green Island Baptist Church, Negril, Westmoreland at 10:00 AM.
- ✦Interment follows at the family plot.
- ✦The family kindly requests that mourners wear white or light colours.
- ✦No flowers by request — donations may be made to the Westmoreland Infirmary.
