A life remembered
Miss Violet Palmer, aged 95, of Runaway Bay, St. Ann, passed peacefully on the date above, surrounded by her loving family.
Born and raised in St. Ann, Violet was a devoted member of Montego Bay Baptist for over 34 years. She worked as a mechanic and was well known throughout the community for her generosity, quiet strength, and unwavering faith.
She is survived by her children Clifton, Hazel, Noel, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends across Jamaica and the diaspora.

Funeral arrangements
Service & interment
- ✦Funeral service for the late Violet will be held at Mandeville Parish Church, Runaway Bay, St. Ann at 1:00 PM.
- ✦Interment follows at the family plot.
- ✦The family kindly requests that mourners wear white or light colours.
- ✦No flowers by request — donations may be made to the St. Ann Infirmary.
